Every part we sell is in our own warehouse, not drop-shipped, so the quantity you see is the quantity we ship.
Get a formal quote
Send part numbers and quantities. If it's in stock, we'll email you a Shopify quote/invoice from info@vbindustrialsupply.com, usually within the hour, 24/7.
Request a quote →Buying with a PO number
Request a quote or email your PO to info@vbindustrialsupply.com. We'll email you a secure Shopify invoice with your PO number on it, payable online by credit card or company P-card. Orders paid by 2 PM PT ship the same day. Payment is due before shipping; we don't offer Net terms.
Tax-exempt purchasing
Email your resale or tax-exemption certificate with the email address you check out with. We'll mark your account tax-exempt so future orders don't charge sales tax.
Supplier setup documents
Most vendor-onboarding forms ask for the details below. Need other vendor paperwork, like a certificate of insurance? Email us and we'll get it back to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available at checkout. Most US orders arrive 1–5 business days after shipping, and Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are available at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on almost everything. Oversized items that ship by truck freight show a flat freight rate at checkout, and expedited options are shown there too.
What if a part doesn't work?
Every order is covered by our 60-day return policy and 60-day DOA guarantee, with no restocking fee.
Can you quote large quantities or a list of parts?
Yes. Paste the whole list in the quote form or attach it to an email. We'll quote everything we have in stock in one reply.
