Return Eligibility

  • Products must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging when possible.
  • Special-order, clearance, or custom-fabricated items may be non-returnable.
  • Return shipping is typically the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified in writing.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 5 business days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@vbindustrialsupply.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
  4. Refunds are processed within 0-1 business days after inspection.

Warranty Coverage

  • NEW, Used & Surplus Items: Tested prior to shipment and covered by a 60-day DOA guarantee.
  • Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue.

VB Industrial Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Exchanges

We can exchange items for the same product or a similar item of equal value, subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange before sending anything back.

  • Items sold “AS-IS” with no warranty
