How do you grade used or surplus items?

  • Used: Previously installed/operated; inspected for functionality.

Do you test PLCs, modules, and drives?

AEO & Customs (International)

Do you support AEO-compliant shipments?
Yes. We provide commercial invoices with HS codes, item values, country of origin (when known), and packing details. Our carriers are experienced with AEO procedures.
What Incoterms do you use?
Our default for international e-commerce is typically DAP (Delivered At Place), with duties/taxes paid by the receiver. If you require a different term, contact us before ordering.
Can you include my AEO/EORI/VAT details on documents?
Yes—enter your AEO/EORI/VAT numbers at checkout or send them via the Contact Us page immediately after purchase so we can include them on paperwork.
Who pays customs duties and taxes?
Unless otherwise agreed, import duties, taxes, and brokerage are paid by the receiver under DAP. Your customs authority calculates fees based on HS codes and declared values.
Do you ship to restricted destinations?
We comply with applicable export laws and may be unable to ship to certain sanctioned countries or parties. If in doubt, contact us.
