International Shipping
We ship worldwide to Canada, Mexico, and international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless arranged in writing beforehand.

Setting Up Account Terms
Business customers can apply for net payment terms to simplify purchasing and improve cash flow management. Here's how:

- Credit Review: Standard approval takes 1-2 business days
- Payment Terms: Net 15, Net 30, or custom terms based on approval
- Credit Limits: Established based on credit history and references
Purchase Order Requirements
- Include complete PO number on all orders and correspondence
- Provide ship-to and bill-to addresses if different
- Include any special instructions or requirements
- Confirm authorized signers for your company
Remittance & Invoicing
- Invoice Delivery: Emailed immediately upon shipment
- Payment Reference: Always include your Order # or Invoice # with payments

- Late Payments: Interest charges of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue accounts

When will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours of cleared payment, Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time typically ship the same day. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How do I submit a tax-exempt certificate?
Email your tax-exempt certificate and order details to info@vbindustrialsupply.com before checkout. We'll flag your account to exempt applicable sales tax on qualifying purchases.
Do prices include shipping?
Many items include standard ground shipping within the continental United States. Freight shipping for oversized items and expedited services (2-Day, Next Day) are quoted at checkout or available upon request.
Can I pick up my order locally?

Do you ship internationally?
