Returns
- Most items can be returned within 60 days of delivery.
- Items must be in the same condition as received, in the original packaging when possible.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the item was damaged, defective or we sent the wrong part.
- Items marked AS-IS, special orders and custom items are final sale.
60-day DOA guarantee
Every item, new, used or surplus, is covered for 60 days unless it is marked AS-IS. If a part arrives dead, fails in normal use within 60 days, or we shipped the wrong item, we’ll replace it or give you a full refund, and we pay return shipping.
How to return an item
- 1. Contact us at info@vbindustrialsupply.com or 805-620-0948 with your order number. We send an RMA number within 24 hours.
- 2. Ship it back with the RMA number on or inside the box.
- 3. We inspect it, usually within 2–3 business days of receiving it, and issue your refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange for the same or a similar part when we have it in stock. Contact us with your order number and the part you want.
